4 Week Workout ProgramI'm 15 years old, 6'0" tall and my weight is 10 lbs. I have been asked to design a workout program for my physical education classes I will Consider training principles, my current fitness level, etc. I would describe myself as a fairly healthy person and in pretty good shape as well. in all sports and my endurance level, in particular, is at a good level I only have one injury problem. It prevents me from using my back muscles, like the trapezius, to the fullest. In a typical week, I tend to do at least 10 hours of physical activity. This involves playing sports like basketball and soccer, both of which require a lot of endurance. During this program I aim to improve my fitness level and certain distances or times of different events which will help me in my chosen sport, which is basketball. I hope to improve the skill level of my game which will allow me to. become a better player. There are certain dangers in the school gymnasium where I will carry out my fitness program. But nothing inevitable with a little planning. Since a large number of people are using a relatively small space, the safety of other people is a major factor. We all do exercises that will help us with basketball, which means the exercises are similar. this means that the same station will be used by different people. To avoid the problem of too many people being on the same station at the same time, I will try to cooperate with my colleagues to complete all the exercises within the one hour time limit I have once a week. Since there are many exercises that require the use of the same muscle groups, I will have a certain order that will help me balance the time of using each muscle without resting it.
