For decades, some people have been thinking about how to address the problem of underage drinking ; government members, parents and others involved in world affairs. The problem is that the issue of underage drinking and the nationwide ineffectiveness of the 21 drinking age law are not debated and discussed as much and in a manner as aggressive as they should be. And the main points of discussion should be the issue of excessive alcohol consumption among adolescents and students, alcohol consumption problems and statistics in foreign countries and, finally, possible solutions to this problem. The bottom line is that states in our country can only try to enforce the law rather than trying to approach the problem in another way.
