I have embraced various parts of American culture such as its history and language. I enjoy learning about American history, as well as American holidays and traditions. My family had adopted various American traditions such as the 4th of July and Thanksgiving. These holidays have become part of our lives. As I made friends at school, I not only had Hispanic friends, but also American friends who I learned to socialize with and embraced as being similar to me -even.
