Studies show that many things common between parents are more likely to be the case among children. Problems such as addiction, depression and even poverty are more likely to occur among children. The role of genetics in issues like poverty and drug addiction is a difficult question for some to think about. However, one may somehow genetically assimilate lack of self-control or the ability to cope well with problems, which can then perpetuate cycles such as addiction or poverty. Lindsey Lohan came onto the scene when she was little and blossomed in front of her fans. As the public watched her life, the world saw her start to spiral out of control and everyone wondered why. However, when we look at Lindsey's upbringing, we can sort of trace her path. Genetically, both of Lindsey's parents have addiction issues. Some of the aspects that have surrounded him since birth are highly predisposed to dealing with a wide variety of emotional and mental issues, regardless of how his life has been perpetuated by his Hollywood stret environment.
