Some of these products include: sunscreens such as Coppertone, Crest toothpaste, Ivory soap and Windex.c. Animal testing makes the products we use every day safe or at least safer for humans. I'm here today to talk to you about the importance of animal testing and why it should continue to make the world safer for you and me. Throughout the history of biomedical research, animal testing has occurred (Animal Testing and Medicine). This dates back to early Greek physicians such as Aristotle and Erasistratus, around 350 BC. Without prior animal testing, you never know what a product can do. Crest toothpaste, Ivory soap and Windex, these are products you probably have in your home that are tested on animals and there are probably many others, animal testing is an integral part of your life and you probably didn't even know it. d.
