When the word exercise comes into conversation, a supposedly associated thought is weight loss. In this article, the exercise is evaluated by the opposite of this hypothesis. Canadian researchers conducted a study of twenty-four men ranging from lean to obese, some suffering from health problems. Participants were required to complete an intense aerobic exercise program for one hour five times a week. What's unique about this study is that it told participants to consume the amount of calories that were eliminated, to ensure no weight loss. After three months, measurements were taken and the men had lost an inch from their waistlines. Additionally, levels of a chemical produced by fats were reduced. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to inform individuals that if weight loss is not seen through continued exercise, hopes should not be abandoned. The common target audience for this article is men and women, of all sizes. I estimate that between twenty and forty-five years, this article could attract the attention of many.
