Stereotypes associated with an older group of individuals might include saying that this particular group is less productive than younger workers on the workplace because of the label attached to their age group. Other aspects associated with this group are that they are susceptible to Alzheimer's disease and that they are "boring" or "forgetful", I feel like this is the most common stereotype. It is regrettable that this type of discrimination still persists. However, no act of discrimination should exist or be justified.
