Essay / Should school be compulsory? - 367
I believe that after 6th grade school should NOT be compulsory. By the time you have completed your primary education, you have acquired the basic skills needed to succeed in life. Secondary school is only an extension of the basic skills acquired in the primary school system and is not necessary unless you continue your education to a very high level. It is not up to the government to decide whether or not you should attend high school. This should be an individual choice and should not be forced on anyone because once you finish primary school you are old enough to make this decision. In high school, there are more troublemakers who disrupt classes just because they do. I don't want to be there. These people disrupt the course and make it more difficult for those who are interested in the subject and want to learn. If school were optional, these students would not be in class, disrupting the class and ruining the chances of other students. Instead, they could work in the job market, earn money, and start their careers earlier, giving them more experience in the job market and making it easier for them to get into a position of responsibility. If school were optional, it would benefit both students who want to learn and those who don't, and would prefer to work. The type of education offered in the secondary education system is not necessary for everyone. After primary school, students have acquired the basic skills required to work in a profession without training and do not need the more advanced education offered by high school. Sons or daughters often run the family business, and after completing primary school, any further education is not necessary, as they can learn everything they need about their future profession from their father/mother..
