Business Ethics 2Business ethics is a certain behavior that a company follows when dealing with people in the business world. Insight 2- I found it interesting that companies such as Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and Wal-Mart subsidiaries hire chaplains of different religious beliefs to visit employees when needed. For example, members of the God Squad may be called upon to visit hospital workers, care for people suffering from nervous breakdowns, and also talk to people who are going through difficult times. I think this is a great idea and it shows how much these companies care about their employees, and it lets employees know that the company is thinking about them outside of the workplace..
