This article reviews the different immunological properties of breast milk and how they affect the mother and infant. There is also information on how breast milk helps develop the immune system of one's infant through breastfeeding. The author currently conducts research on maternal health and infant development at the Women & Children's Health Research Institute and holds a Ph.D. The sources she cites in her article are credible sources, which makes her article credible as well.
