Be a leader, not a follower. Too many people always want to follow others. The reason the Americans are so far behind is probably because there is no one to lead. We have the work ethic to get things done. But the spirit of sloth has taken control of the people. Every day we wish that everything was easily handed to us on a silver platter. Other countries are leaders in productive industries. We never tend to complete things that we find difficult, because then it becomes a prosaic task in our schedule. Throughout high school, my classmates and I considered me a great leader at school. It was in my first year of study that I began to take on such bold leadership. Running for class president was a big thing to do in high school. Especially in a public school with over 900 students enrolled. To this day, some people ask me the question: “How come?” Their concern was how I could take on the role of people who looked up to me every day as a school leader. Therefore, by leading others, people build reputations. Most reputations are based on the judgments of people who likely followed the leader. A leader must be confident and aware of the needs of others to be met. A wise teacher once said, “We can’t please everyone!” » The majority of people we lead will want one thing. While the other percentile group is going to want something else. The duty of the leader is to always meet the needs of the largest group. By contributing to the information given so far; Being a leader can have pros and cons. Often, leadership can be likened to running a business. A leader must be able to manage his position in the right way when completing tasks. For example, a class president should not fail to plan activities for the student who has paid his or her dues. If a leader has students who paid their dues but gave them nothing in return, they are not displaying the role of correct leadership. It's a difference when the leader and their support team develop activities to be carried out throughout the year but none are approved by school officials.
