As the company takes on this gigantic change in its structures and functions, some of the company values can come to the fore, which are essential for the organization to function in a modern setup. . Finally, for Strauss Cars to undergo a strategic change in its processes to meet customer needs, it must experience organic growth and improve the quality of services to its customers, it must follow a strategy of simplicity and focus on performance of its employees which can be increased by motivating them to contribute more through a scientific reward management system coupled with necessary training which benefits both the employee and the employer.
