    Collaboration is people agreeing to work together (Homan, 2011). As we progress through the collaboration process, conflicts will arise. However, during these times of conflict which will usually be based on people's perceptions and feelings, this author would bring well-informed information based on facts. However, we do not want to dismiss the conflict, but rather resolve it; which would include giving people the opportunity to let off steam. However, through collaboration we would create a shared vision. Through leadership and advocacy, we become agents of change who build a network of support. Through advocacy we will be the glue that binds the community together through human rights.
