Today, people struggle to find and maintain stable employment and still struggle to make ends meet. Looking for a job, especially when you are unemployed and strapped for cash, has to be one of the most stressful times in a person's life. However, there is another problem when it comes to today's workforce. We can assume that most of us experienced some form of bullying in our youth. Unfortunately, bullying also exists in adulthood, especially in the workplace. Additionally, workplace harassment is one of the biggest complaints among employers and employees today. The phenomenon of workplace harassment refers to a gradual evolutionary process, whereby an individual finds himself in an inferior position and becomes the target of systematic negative social acts on the part of one or another person. more authors (Brodsky, 1976).
