HistoryIn 1913, CJ Tower & Sons, the forerunner of FedEx Trade Networks Transport & Brokerage, a subsidiary of FedEx Trade Networks, began operations as a customs broker in Niagara Falls, New York State. It wasn't until 1971 that Federal Express Corporation was founded in Little Rock, Ark. Of these United States mailings, 1,846,000 (66.6%) were night mailings and 667,000 (24.1%) were night letters.
