The problem statement is that the sedentary lifestyle of today's teenagers would eventually lead them to certain health and social problems because teenagers of this century are now more focused on gaming on their gadgets and socializing on Internet instead of going out. That said, this leads to adolescents exercising less than usual, thus having a sedentary lifestyle which also contributes to social isolation where one prefers to be alone and not interact with others, which , said alone, will affect one's social life, leading to bigger problems such as health. physical problems where it can lead to obesity and socially where it can lead to shyness and insecurity which will limit social life. “Fast food restaurants are likely to contribute to overconsumption.
