Sample: A school of social work field training program at a large public university in the South is chosen as a convenient sampling site. Students in this school's BSW program and MSW program are required to complete 450 hours and 500 hours of practicum work, respectively, in each field placement. Those who are in the second year of an MSW program will not be invited to participate in this study. Since they are in their second internship, their previous experiences may influence the perception of current internships. Thus, the sample of this study is: first-year BSW and MSW interns.
