    Part AAAre organizational behavioral theories relevant in today's business world?Organizational theory is the sociological study of systematic societal organizations, for example businesses and bureaucracies, also focusing on the relationship they have with the environment in which they operate. Over the years, organizations have adopted these theories to shape and dictate the way they operate. No single theory is conclusive for all organizations, because each organization is different and has different needs within which to operate. This article aims to analyze current organizations and the relevance of organizational behavioral theories in the modern business environment. It attempts to describe the main theories, how they are used in practice, their success in practice and above all to give an overview of their effectiveness over the years and whether or not this has diminished over time. . The certainty of the relevance of the first theories is questionable. Some might say they are outdated and cannot relate to modern organizations and social changes, others might say they are basically still valid and as society changes the human psyche is still the even, while some are on the fence and argue that some are relevant. and some are not.
