Therefore, for a large company like Apple, it is very difficult to manage the interests of only one employee at a time. However, some of these important employees feel that the company owes them so much that it must treat them individually. The company must treat these employees in the right way because their resignation could have a negative impact on the company. The company must therefore take the time to listen to the requests of these employees. Career development requirements must be taken seriously. In fact, it's one of the main reasons why top employees leave their jobs. Therefore, the company must do its best to ensure that the career development of each of the best employees is taken into account.
