There's only so much you can handle as an individual and these teachers obviously can't handle what's happening in the current situation in schools. Solutions The main solution that the Woodson Foundation wishes to implement is to integrate the two organizations. Incorporating these organizations will help create a positive learning environment for students. Students will have a support group to ensure they receive the best education possible. The integration of the two organizations will also give teachers the feeling that better options will be available to them as well. Parents need to motivate their students to want to do better, to want to increase their test scores and overall academic performance. Some parents don't realize that they are the number one key to their children's success. Help their children develop their attitude and motivate them to do better.
