    Museum is defined as an institution housing collections of objects of artistic, historical or scientific interest preserved and exhibited for the education and enjoyment of the public. Museums are places of memory that provide the link between a distant past and the current generation, which also helps society to know the path traveled by its ancestors. The main aim of the museum is neither to educate nor entertain, but rather to create a memory bank that would remind us of the past. It is no wonder that most societies in different regions of the world trace their origins to works of art history. There are many types of museums, including Antiques museums which house antique furniture or art objects such as sculptures, paintings, ceramics, textiles and other crafts. Public Archives Museum serving as a collection center for famous documents, War Museum containing relics of national wars, Maritime Museum of maritime history, architecture museum, with types, structures and styles of buildings, etc., Museum of local/indigenous technologies, science museum with artifacts illustrating the history of science and engineering, and natural history museum. However, all types of information institutions have their own role in national development. The primary roles are to identify, acquire, preserve and exhibit unique, collectible or representative objects.
