    Although I enjoyed the documentary, I had some skepticism. I appreciated his exceptional efforts and understood the fundamental thinking behind the extreme measures taken, such as removing electricity from the house for months. However, I think that some of these behaviors exceed the bounds of rationality. Environmentalists were concerned about the negative image that Colin Beavan's extremist actions gave to their cause. We perfectly understand why this documentary raises concerns. This experiment potentially gave an inaccurate representation of environmentalists' concerns to the general public. Additionally, many saw it as a marketing ploy to sell copies of his novel and film. I think her intentions were positive, but like anything else in the entertainment industry, she needs to generate revenue on top of her success as a project.
