    Subcultures are something that everyone is a part of in whatever society they live in. Everyone lives in some kind of culture; everyone has a possible ethnicity, social status, political, moral and religious views and each of these subjects that person to multiple subgroups within their culture. I am part of many subcultures myself. Starting with the biggest, I am a human being; I live and function like a human and not like an animal or plant. This seems a bit far-fetched to apply as a subculture, but there is evidence that even certain groups of animals have their own communities and cultures. Additionally, some humans choose to live an animal lifestyle. Additionally, I am Caucasian or White Anglo-Saxon. This is a large subgroup that represents more than 70% of the US population according to the 2010 Census. Speaking of America, I am also an American citizen. These are probably the three biggest subgroups I'm a part of and there are many more to follow. I am female and of Scottish-Irish descent. These and those mentioned above are all physical traits that subjugate me to a subculture. There are also emotional and lifestyle factors that include me in many other subgroups. I graduated from high school and am attending college. I am currently employed and have worked in many different jobs ranging from catering, telemarketing, customer service representative, event planning, and retail sales. Each of these jobs also places me in a subgroup, as others around the world have participated in these industries. This allows them to build relationships with me and gain knowledge that others outside of this group of workers would not have.
