    The first concept of needs is that of physiological needs. Man's need is to have the ability to organize himself. The best way to organize is hierarchy. At the lowest level, it is important that the person has pre-eminence. Someone at lower levels must provide shelter and food. Another need to satisfy is that of security. A man's need to feel safe from danger, threat and deprivation. In an organization, employees must feel safe from discrimination and unpredictable administration. Social needs are another aspect that a person needs in business. A person must belong to the company by being accepted by his colleagues and by management. It is also important for the manager to motivate his employees. The needs of the ego are also important. It is important that the employee has high self-confidence and self-esteem. Employees need to flourish (when a person discovers potential). It is important that the person is motivated because they will have the confidence to finish
