Today's leaders are not only academically strong, but strive for success in all aspects of their lives. This ambition emerged during my transition to America from Pakistan at a young age, to become an ambiguous school and community leader. I remained proactive in overcoming challenges to become vice president of my youth group, to achieve high honors, and most importantly, to not lose sight of who I am. To succeed at anything in life, it takes a lot of hard work. a necessity. This year I am vice-president of the youth group but before that I was secretary and even treasurer for a year. I had to prove that I was capable of handling the responsibilities that come with leadership. A leader who lacks responsibility is ineffective; Fortunately, I learned to become more effective by constantly reaching out to the board. My job is to monitor all aspects of the youth group and report to the president. Every week I check the progress of all agents and assign them new tasks. It is sometimes difficult to juggle such a difficult task, because the youth group always works in the middle of paper and showed me my love for this diverse world and gave me the opportunity to learn from it. After this experience, I tried harder in school, participated in more activities, and even joined the basketball team. I knew I would have to become an exceptional student to get into a university as large as Montclair State University. Montclair State University is one of the few universities that will allow me to interact with diverse people around the world and continue my growth as a person. Through the opportunities provided at Montclair State University, I will be able to apply my previous leadership, communication and academic experiences to learn new skills and become a leader in this world.
