Millennials stay in touch with each other through the use of text, instant messaging and social media, more so because we can communicate 24 hours a day , 7 days a week, with those who cannot always be with them. us face to face. Technology has become much more than just information on the Internet: we now use it for entertainment, medical purposes, communication and retail supply. With our busy lives, technology allows us to save time through online shopping. In 2013, 86% of 16-24 year olds used online shopping as a convenient alternative to walking the high streets. People can thank these technological advances for helping us live longer, healthier lives thanks to medical technology that improves every day, like robotic exams and wearable health monitors that can be linked wirelessly to a smartphone, what previous generations could only imagine. To combine health and technology, 54% of Millennials will purchase a body analysis device to track their weight, body fat, blood pressure, and more. Millennials are more willing to spend more money on fitness equipment to maintain our health than any previous generation. which shows how far our views on health have evolved. We no longer want unhealthy fad diets and strict gym workout routines, we want to plan our healthy meals and fun social exercises in advance. Technology therefore cannot be considered a disadvantage for us in any way.
