Sometimes, in a social context, it is normally difficult to get people to unanimously agree on a particular thing. Similar to a psychology discipline, I was able to reason with different mindsets when it came to contradictory and highly controversial topics. It allowed me to learn leadership skills, something I had never thought about before. Whenever a situation arose that required my leadership qualities, I would gladly accept it and ensure that the stipulated goals were achieved.
